The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the operation and maintenance of electrical and mechanical installations at NITI Aayog, New Delhi for the fiscal year 2026-27. This encompasses a wide range of equipment including 11KV substations, DG sets (500KVA/320KVA/125KVA), internal electrical installations, water supply pump sets, addressable fire alarm systems, AC plants, VRF systems, fire fighting systems, boom barriers, and lifts. The scope of work also includes repairing fire fighting installations, replacing damaged underground fire pipes, and providing sprinkler systems in the corridors of the 3rd and 4th floors of the NITI Aayog building. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 60,01,366 with an earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,20,027, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer(E), ECD-II, CPWD, Sena Bhawan, New Delhi.
