This comprehensive project encompasses water supply, sanitary installations, internal electrical installations, fire fighting and alarm systems, sub-station, lift, DG sets, CCTV, RO plants, access control, and solar PV systems, specifically including the SITC (Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning) of a wireless data receiver cum Digital data transmitter with capacitance-based battery-powered data signal. The estimated cost of the work is ₹5,97,499, and the time allowed for completion is 1 month. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹11,950 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, or TC in favor of the Executive Engineer (E), Electrical Division-XI, CPWD, New Delhi.
