Work Description - Construction Of G Plus11 Storey Monolithic Construction Rcc Hostel Building (block A & Block B) For School Of Engineering And Atal Bihar Vajpayee School Of Management & Entrepreneurship At Jnu Campus, New Delhi Including All Civil, Mep Services, Horticulture And Development Works Under Epc Mode-iii

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the construction of a G+11 Storey Monolithic Construction RCC Hostel Building (Block A & Block B) for the School of Engineering and Atal Bihar Vajpayee School of Management & Entrepreneurship at JNU Campus, New Delhi. This project encompasses all Civil, MEP Services, Horticulture, and Development Works under EPC Mode-III. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 1,76,72,32,443 and the time allowed for completion is 18 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,86,72,325 is required, payable in favour of the Executive Engineer, INA Project Division, CPWD New Delhi, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC or BG. The tender documents can be downloaded from 10-Apr-2026 until 04-May-2026 (03:00 PM). Bids must be submitted by 04-May-2026 (03:00 PM), and will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 20-Apr-2026 at 11:00 at the Office of the Chief Engineer & Executive Director IIT Delhi Project Zone CPWD, Old JNU Campus, Munirka, New Delhi. Mandatory documents, including CPWD Enlistment order, GST registration certificate, financial turnover details, experience certificates (including those specifically related to Monolithic Construction RCC technology), and various affidavits and undertakings as detailed in the tender document, must be submitted.
