Tender Description

Work Description - A/r & M/o Of Residential And Non Residential Building (excluding Crp Building I.e. Opd, Ipd And A&e Block) Of Lhmc & Associated Hospitals, New Delhi For The Year 2025-26. (sh- Providing And Fixing Ss Filter Panel At Oncology Block)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its AE-(E)- II, SSKHED division, cordially invites competitive bids from eligible COMPOSITE, NON-CPWD CONTRACTORS for an open tender concerning the 'Annual Repair & Maintenance (A/R M/O) of residential and non-residential buildings (excluding CRP building i.e., OPD, IPD, and A&E Block) of LHMC & Associated Hospitals, New Delhi, for the fiscal year 2025-26, specifically including the provision and fixing of SS Filter Panel at the Oncology Block.' This crucial Electrical and Maintenance Works project, identified by Tender Reference Number 14/AE(E)-II/EE(E)/SSKHED/2026-27 (Tender ID: 159531), carries an estimated cost of ₹ 5,69,900 and requires completion within a stringent timeframe of 15 days.
