Work Description - A/r & M/o And Day To Day Maintenance Of Mea Housing Complex, Dwarka (civil), Imd Residential Complex, Dwarka (civil) And Office Of The Clc & Rlc Dwarka (civil & Electrical), New Delhi As Well As (change Of Tendency & Miscellanous Works) During 2025-26.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the work of Annual Repair & Maintenance and day-to-day maintenance of MEA Housing Complex, Dwarka (Civil), IMD Residential Complex, Dwarka (Civil), and the Office of the CLC & RLC Dwarka (Civil & Electrical), New Delhi, as well as Change of Tendency & Miscellaneous Works during 2025-26. This composite Civil & Electrical work, under NIT/RFP NO 35/EE/ODD/NIT/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹ 1,89,98,547 (One Crore Eighty Nine Lakh Ninety Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Forty Seven Rupees), with a completion timeline of 12 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 3,79,971 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG, in favor of EE, CPWD, DELHI AVIATION DIVISION (DAD), DELHI. Key dates include document download and bid submission ending on August 21, 2025, at 04:45 PM, and bid opening on August 21, 2025, at 05:00 PM.
