The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the comprehensive maintenance and operation of various electrical and mechanical systems in 88 Nos. GPRA Type-III Quarters at Probyn Road, Timarpur, New Delhi, during the year 2026-27. This includes, but is not limited to, the STP, Pump Room, DG set, Fire alarm system, fire fighting system, ventilating system, Lift, CCTV system, and associated electrical works. Specifically, this tender also encompasses the repairing and replacement of defective/damaged panels and other accessories of the solar system at Probyn Road, Timarpur, Delhi. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 3,51,869, and the project is expected to be completed within 2 months.
