The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the "Comprehensive Maintenance of GPRA Complex (inclusive of Civil and Electrical Work) under Service centre Nos. 241 (17 Nos. Type-II Qtrs. BKS Phase-I, 645 Nos. Type-III Qtrs., BKS Phase-I, Kali Bari Marg, Sector-2, DIZ Area), 242 (38 Nos. Type-I Qtrs. J Block , 364 Nos. Type-II Qtrs., J-Block and 92 Nos. Type-III Qtrs., K Block , DIZ Area), 243 (352 nos. Type-I Qtrs. H and K Block , 360 Nos. Type-II Qtrs H Block and 32 Nos. Type-IV Kali Bari Apartment DIZ Area, Qtrs.) under the jurisdiction of 1/H Sub-Division during the years 2026-27." The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 15,08,18,525 (Fifteen Crore Eight Lakh Eighteen Thousand Five Hundred and Twenty Five Rupees), and the time allowed for completion is 12 months. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 25,08,185 is required, payable in favour of Executive Engineer H Division CPWD New Delhi via DD, FDR, BC, or BG.
