(b) Construction of 2 Nos. Badminton Court including development of site)". NIT/RFP NO is 12/SE/DC-10/SJHD/2025-26. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 2,67,23,305 (Two Crore Sixty Seven Lakh Twenty Three Thousand Three Hundred and Five Rupees), with a completion period of 6 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 5,34,466 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG, and must be in favor of the Executive Engineer, SJHD, CPWD, New Delhi. Key dates include a document download end date and bid submission end date of December 15, 2025, at 03:00 PM, and a bid opening date of December 15, 2025, at 03:30 PM. Bidding commences and documents are available from December 8, 2025, at 03:23 PM.
