This composite work includes the extension of the Kitchen Garden, Wooden Flooring, Teracota Jali, WPC & Misc. aesthetic improvement work at Bungalow No. 5 TM Lane, Renovation of Servant Quarters & Repair work of 4 TM Lane & Urgent water proofing work of 12 Rajaji Marg (Navy House) , New Delhi & other Bungalows. The estimated cost of the project is ₹72,53,591 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,45,072 payable online through SBI, IDBI, or Axis Bank's e-gateway or via a bank guarantee. The deadline for document download and bid submission is 25-Feb-2026 at 03:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for 25-Feb-2026 at 03:30 PM.
