The bidder should have an average Annual Financial Turnover not less than Rs. 79,533 during the immediate last five consecutive financial years duly Certified by Chartered Accountant and Bankers certificate issued by any Commercial Bank of minimum Rs. 10,60,436 or Net worth Certificate of Minimum Rs. 2,65,109 issued by Certified Chartered Accountant.
