The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the Annual Repair and Maintenance of Defence Pool Bungalows occupied by Defence Pool Officers under CSD during 2025-26, specifically focusing on repairs to the roof of the main bungalows and S/Q, waterproofing treatments, changing side verandah roofs to puff sheet, replacing bamboo jaffari while strengthening the structure, and completing finishing and miscellaneous urgent repair works at Bungalows No. 4, Rajaji Marg (Army House) and other bungalows. This CIVIL,COMPOSITE work, with Tender ID 127201 and reference number 94/EE/CSD/2025-26, is estimated to cost ₹95,09,111.
