Work Description - Armo All Electrical Services For Kvs (natp) Building, Pusa, New Delhi.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the Annual Repair and Maintenance Operation (ARMO) of all electrical services at the KVS (NATP) Building in Pusa, New Delhi. This electrical works project, NIT/RFP NO 94/2025-26/DED-71/1 (Recall), encompasses the comprehensive maintenance of a 13-passenger lift, among other electrical components within the NATP Building. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 2,63,856, and the project is expected to be completed within 12 months. Interested bidders must submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 5,277, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer (E), Electrical Division-XI, CPWD.
