The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a key Central Government Ministry/Department, extends an invitation for an Open Tender (NIT No: 02/SE&PD/DPC-II/CPWD/2026-27) for an ambitious project titled "Planning, Design and Construction of Police Stations, Staff Accommodation for Women and Staff Quarters for Delhi Police including all Civil, E and M, Plumbing, Horticulture and Development work on EPC Mode-I basis (Design and Built)." This significant Civil Works - Buildings project encompasses multiple critical infrastructure developments across Delhi, specifically involving the construction of Police Stations and Staff Accommodation for Women at Fatehpur Beri, Govind Puri, and Aman Vihar, alongside Police Stations and staff quarters (Type-II & Type-III) at Kapashera and Palam Village. This comprehensive Design and Build (EPC Mode-I) contract, with an estimated cost of ₹1,48,36,84,959 (One Hundred Forty Eight Crore Thirty Six Lakh Eighty Four Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty Nine Rupees), requires a completion period of 18 months. Bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,58,36,850, payable via DD, FDR, or BG in favour of Executive Engineer & Senior Manager (C)-2, IIIDEM Project, CPWD.
