The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the Annual Repair and Maintenance of Honorable Ministers and MoS Bungalows under 4/B Sub-Division of B-Division during 2026-27, specifically focusing on the preservation of woodwork in various bungalows. NIT/RFP NO is 33/2026-27/BD/4. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 29,26,315 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 58,526 payable online or via BG in favor of EE-B-Division.
