Work Description - Construction Of Ladakh Bhawan (leh Wing) At Sector-18, Dwarka Ph-ii, New Delhi. (sh: Providing The Services Of Driver In Office Of Sub-division-i And Office Boy/mts In Division Office.)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the construction of Ladakh Bhawan (Leh Wing) at Sector-18, Dwarka Ph-II, New Delhi. This project includes providing the services of a Driver in the Office of Sub-Division-I and an Office boy/MTS in the Division office. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 4,03,821 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 8,076 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of Delhi Aviation Division. Bids must be submitted between June 30, 2025, 11:37 AM and July 7, 2025, 03:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for July 7, 2025, at 03:30 PM. The time allowed for the completion of the work is 6 months. Mandatory documents for submission include the Enlistment order of the Contractor in the appropriate class of composite category of CPWD, Insurance Surety Bonds, Account Payee Demand draft, or Bankers Cheque or Fixed Deposit Receipts, and Bank Guarantee for the balance amount as prescribed from any commercial Bank against EMD, Copy of receipt for deposition of original EMD issued from the division office of any Executive Engineer including NIT issuing EE/AE, CPWD. Form A, GST registration certificate, Detail of Agency Form B, Copy of valid registration with ESIC and EPFO and a certificate of compulsory ERP training.
