The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its DED-81 division, invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender (NIT/RFP NO: 46/EE(E)/DED-81/2026-27) for comprehensive Electrical and Maintenance (E&M) services, including the provision of computer operators, experienced clerical outsourcing staff proficient in CB Branch, and peon-cum-messenger services, for the MEITY Building located at CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi. This vital project, estimated at ₹ 13,95,720 (Thirteen Lakh Ninety Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Rupees) with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 27,914 payable to EE(E) ECD-III CPWD New Delhi via DD, FDR, BC, or BG, has a stipulated completion period of 8 months.
