Work Description - Providing Round The Clock Security Guard For Watch And Ward For Guest House Rooms Situated In Campus Of C.r. Hostel, K.g Marg, New Delhi.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the provision of round-the-clock security guard services for guest house rooms situated in the campus of C.R. Hostel, K.G Marg, New Delhi. This civil works project, estimated at ₹ 55,71,043, requires contractors to provide dedicated watch and ward services for a duration of 365 days. Interested bidders must submit their bids online between March 17, 2026, and March 24, 2026, 3:00 PM. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,11,421, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer, R-Division, CPWD, is required.
