The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "Operation and maintenance of 11KV Sub-station equipment, 320KVA DG sets, Internal Electrical Installations, Water supply pump sets, addressable fire alarm system, fire fighting system and lifts at Nirvachan Sadan, New Delhi for the FY 2025-26, including the Subwork/Packages for Replacement of SMF batteries in various lifts & UPS". This composite electrical works contract, under Tender Reference Number 51/EE(E)/DED-203/2025-26 and Tender ID 142791, is estimated to cost ₹ 11,72,532. The Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) is ₹ 23,451, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favour of Executive Engineer(E), ECD-II, CPWD, Sena Bhawan, New Delhi. Key dates include a document download and bid submission deadline of February 16, 2026, at 03:00 PM, and a bid opening date of February 16, 2026, at 03:30 PM. Bidders must submit mandatory documents, including a scan copy of EMD, copy of receipt of deposit EMD, copy of enlistment order of the contractor of the Building and Roads category in CPWD, a valid Electrical License or an Undertaking as per Annexure-II of NIT, copy of Certificate of Registration in GST and acknowledgment of up-to-date filed return of GST i.e March 2025, and ERP (Enterprises Resources Planning) training certificate issued by CPWD for e-tendering process along with other documents as per NIT page No. 6.
