The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the "Construction of New academic Building G 5 at IARI Pusa New Delhi". This project entails providing comprehensive consultancy for Civil and Electrical Engineering planning of a Stilt + 5 Storied New Academic Building. The scope of work includes preparation of a Detailed Estimate and NIT, Structural Design and Drawings, all external and internal service design and drawings, MEP works design and drawings, and obtaining Local body occupation and completion certificate approval from concerned local authorities and other statutory bodies. Submission of as-built drawings of all Civil and Electrical services is also required. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 31,57,200 with an EMD of ₹ 63,144, payable via DD, FDR, or TC in favor of Executive Engineer -CD-4 IARI Pusa. Key dates include a document download and bid submission end date of December 12th, 2025 at 05:00 PM, and a bid opening date of December 12th, 2025 at 05:30 PM. Bidders must be empaneled with CPWD in the appropriate class and category, possess a PAN and GST Registration Certificate, and provide an affidavit confirming an office presence in Delhi NCR. Additionally, bidders must submit ESIC and EPF Registration Certificates or an undertaking to provide them within 30 days of award, and affirm they are not blacklisted by CPWD.
