Work Description - Rmo Various E & M Services At West Block - Vi, Air Hq, R. K. Puram, New Delhi Dg. 2026-27 (sh :- Operation And Comprehensive Maintenance Of All Internal Electrical Installations, Operation And Routine Maintenance Of Sub Station And Dg Sets And Operation, Maintenance Fire Fighting And Fire Alarm System And Lift Operation & Cctv)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open percentage bids for the work of "RMO Various E & M Services at West Block - VI, Air HQ, R. K. Puram, New Delhi Dg. 2026-27 (SH :- Operation and Comprehensive maintenance of all internal electrical installations, operation and routine maintenance of Sub Station and DG Sets and Operation, Maintenance Fire Fighting and Fire Alarm System and Lift Operation & CCTV)". This composite tender, NIT/RFP NO 20/EE(E)/DED-301/2026-27, encompasses electrical works with an estimated cost of INR 89,27,917 and a completion period of 12 months. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 1,78,558 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, or BG in favor of Executive Engineer (E), ED-IX, CPWD, New Delhi. Key dates include a document download end date and bid submission end date of May 4th, 2026 at 3:00 PM, and a bid opening date of May 4th, 2026 at 3:30 PM.
