Work Description - Minor Work To Residential Qtrs. Of Sc-401 At Sector-1, Pushp Vihar, New Delhi During 2026-27. (sh:- Water Proofing Treatment Of Roofs In Buildings).

The Executive Engineer, PVM Division, Central Public Works Department (CPWD), Room No. 133-134, Pushpa Bhawan, invites open tenders (NIT No. 45/EE/PVMD/2026-27) for a minor civil work to residential quarters of SC-401 at Sector-1, Pushp Vihar, New Delhi during 2026-27. This work specifically involves waterproofing treatment of roofs in buildings. The estimated cost for this project is ₹26,67,601 (Rupees Twenty Six Lakh Sixty Seven Thousand Six Hundred and One only), with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹53,352.
