The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the Executive Engineer (Electrical) located at C 514 IP Bhawan ITO, invites eligible and experienced contractors to participate in an Open Bid, Percentage-based Composite Tender for the Annual Repair and Maintenance Operations (ARMO) of various electrical and mechanical services installed at the prestigious A1 and A2 Buildings at Red Fort, New Delhi. This critical electrical works project, identified by Tender ID 158237 and Reference Number 47/EE (E)/DED-21/2026-27-Recall, holds an estimated cost of ₹ 85,24,848 (Eighty Five Lakh Twenty Four Thousand Eight Hundred and Forty Eight Rupees) and requires an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,70,497, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favour of EE (E), ED-IV, CPWD, New Delhi.
