The estimated cost of this horticulture and development work is ₹ 2,05,10,876 (Two Crore Five Lakh Ten Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy Six Rupees), with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 4,10,218 payable to Dy. Director (Hort.), Horticulture Division No.-1, CPWD, New Delhi through DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG.
