The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the work of maintaining the garden area attached to Vijay Chowk, Kartavya Path, North Block, South Block, and Hukumi Mai Marg under Sub-Division No. 2/HD-1, CPWD, New Delhi, during 2025-26 (SH: Complete Maintenance of garden features). This horticulture and development work, with Tender ID 124064 and reference number 20/CE/NDZ-1/HD-1/202526, is estimated to cost ₹ 2,03,41,510, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 4,06,830 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of Dy. Director (Hort.), Horticulture Division-1, CPWD, New Delhi.
