The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the "Operation and maintenance of 11KV Sub-station equipments, 320KVA DG Sets, Internal Electrical installations, water supply pump sets, addressable fire alarm system, Fire fighting system and lifts at Nirvachan Sadan, New Delhi for the FY 2025-26. SH - Annual preventive and periodical maintenance of 83HP Fire Pump DG Sets including B Check" under Tender ID 147616 and reference number 19/AE(E)-IV/DED-203/2025-26/Recall-1. This electrical works contract, estimated at ₹ 39,473 with a time allowance of 12 months, is open to NON-CPWD CONTRACTOR.
