Bidders must meet eligibility criteria including financial stability and must have average Annual Financial Turnover not less than Rs. 2,74,550 (3percent of the Estimated cost) during the immediate last five consecutive financial years and should not have incurred any loss (profit after tax should be positive) in more than two years during available last five consecutive balance sheet .
