The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the operation and maintenance of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure at Niti Aayog, New Delhi, for the fiscal year 2025-26. This comprehensive contract encompasses the upkeep of the 11 KV Sub Station, 500 KVA/320 KVA/125 KVA DG Sets, internal electrical installations, water supply pump sets, addressable fire alarm systems, AC plant, VRF system, fire fighting systems, boom barriers and lifts, and specifically includes the annual comprehensive maintenance of a 250 KVA and 10 KVA UPS system of PEGASUS make. The estimated cost of this project is ₹7,52,580, with a required Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹15,052 payable to the Executive Engineer(E), ECD-II, CPWD, Sena Bhawan, New Delhi, via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG. Interested bidders must download tender documents starting from March 12, 2026, at 01:21 PM and submit their bids no later than March 19, 2026, at 03:00 PM. The bid opening will occur on March 19, 2026, at 03:30 PM, and the bid validity period is 75 days.
