Work Description - Interior Work Of Nbems Office Space, Block-iv, Plate-b, 2nd, 3rd, 4th Floor, Nbcc Commercial Complex, East Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi (sh: Civil, Furniture & Electrical Works)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its DED-81 office located at CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi, invites eligible and experienced contractors for an Open Tender (NIT/RFP NO: 05/SE/DC-8/DED-81/2026-2027) for the "Interior work of NBEMS Office Space, Block-IV, Plate-B, 2nd, 3rd, 4th Floor, NBCC Commercial Complex, East Kidwai Nagar, New Delhi". This extensive project encompasses Civil, Furniture, and Electrical Works, with an estimated cost of ₹ 20,43,14,850 (Twenty Crore Forty Three Lakh Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred and Fifty Rupees) and a stipulated completion period of six (6) months. The tender was e-published and made available for document download and bid submission starting from 15-Jun-2026 at 08:15 PM. The critical deadline for both document download and bid submission is 30-Jun-2026 at 03:00 PM. Bids will be opened shortly thereafter, on the same day, 30-Jun-2026, at 03:30 PM. A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for 22-Jun-2026 at 04:00 PM at the Office of the Superintending Engineer, Delhi Circle VIII, CPWD, A 423, IP Bhawan, New Delhi 110002. Prospective bidders are advised to submit any queries by 22-Jun-2026 at 01:00 PM via email to deleeecd3.cpwd@nic.in. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 30,43,149 is required. This can be submitted in the form of a Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, Banker's Cheque, or Bank Guarantee, payable in favour of Executive Engineer (Elect.), ECD-III, CPWD, New Delhi, with a validity period of 90 days from the last date of bid submission. To be eligible, bidders must possess a valid CPWD Enlistment Order in the Buildings and Roads category, a valid Electrical Contractor License (or an undertaking to obtain one or associate a licensed contractor), GST Registration Certificate (or an undertaking if not applicable), and an ERP Training Certificate issued by the National CPWD Academy (NCA) or Regional Training Institute, CPWD. Additionally, bidders must provide a copy of the EMD receipt, their agency's email and mobile number on letterhead, and an undertaking regarding the submission of documents for associated specialized agencies/OEMs as per the specific eligibility criteria detailed in the NIT.
