The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the project "171/EE/CD-4/CPWD/2025-26/1st Recall," encompassing structural repair, external white washing, and waterproofing works at the Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), Pusa Campus, New Delhi. This comprehensive project includes work in the Division of Floriculture and Landscaping, the Division of Soil Science and Agriculture Chemistry, the Agricultural Technology Information Centre (ATIC), and the Seed Production Unit (SPU). The estimated cost of the project is ₹75,74,983, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,51,500 payable via DD, FDR, BC, TC, or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer - CD-4 CPWD IARI Pusa. Interested bidders must download tender documents between February 26, 2026, 12:44 AM and March 5, 2026, 03:00 PM. Bids must be submitted by March 5, 2026, 03:00 PM, and will be opened on the same day at 03:30 PM. Key mandatory documents include EMD receipt, Enlistment Order, GST Certificate, Form B, PAN Card copy, ERP Training Certificate, an undertaking regarding non-blacklisting, ESIC & EPF Registration Certificate (or an undertaking to submit within 30 days of award), documents for waterproofing work as per NIT Page No 6 Sr No 9, and photographs with GPS coordinates from all four site locations with a certificate confirming site visit. Contractors must visit all four site locations Division Buildings and upload photographs with GPS coordinates and a certificate undertaking that he has visited the sites and has quoted his rates after seeing the site conditions. The financial bid of the tenderer will not be opened and the tender shall be rejected for non uploading of the photographs and certificate. The bid validity period is 30 days.
