Work Description - Annual Repair & Maintenanc Eof Spg Complex, Sector-8, Dwarka For The Year 2025-26. (sh- Extension Of Dtt Rostrum, Repair Of D Area Track, Replacement Of Rolling Shutter, Fixing Of New Ms Sheet Door In Mumty Area, Repair Of Rcc Tank And Other Miscellaneous Work).

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the ANNUAL REPAIR MAINTENANC EOF SPG COMPLEX, SECTOR-8, DWARKA FOR THE YEAR 2025-26. The work includes EXTENSION OF DTT ROSTRUM, REPAIR OF D AREA TRACK, REPLACEMENT OF ROLLING SHUTTER, FIXING OF NEW MS SHEET DOOR IN MUMTY AREA, REPAIR OF RCC TANK AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS WORK. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 39,94,650.00. The NIT/RFP NO is 02/EE/ODD/NIT/2025-26. Bidding is open to contractors enlisted with CPWD who can demonstrate eligibility through a valid Enlistment Order, a Treasury Challan/Demand Draft/Pay order or Bankers Cheque /Deposit at Call Receipt/FDR/Bank Guarantee of any Scheduled Bank against EMD(in favour of EE, CPWD, Delhi Aviation Division, Delhi). EMD of ₹ 79,893.00 is required, payable via DD, FDR, BC, BG in favor of EE, CPWD, DELHI AVIATION DIVISION (DAD), DELHI. GST registration certificate, Copy of PAN card, Contact details-Email ID and Telephone Number and Certificate of compulsory ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) training issued through LMS of ERP are also required. Tender documents are available for download from 01-May-2025 to 08-May-2025 (04:30 PM). The bid submission deadline is 08-May-2025 (04:30 PM) and bids will be opened on 08-May-2025 (05:00 PM).
