Work Description - Upgradation/renovation To 196 Mps Flats At South Avenue Under Sub-div.-iii Of Pawd-iii, New Delhi, Dg. 2026-27. (sh: Misc. Precautionary Measure In Various Mps Flats At South Avenue).

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the Executive Engineer, PaWD-III, invites open bids from eligible and qualified contractors for the "Upgradation/Renovation to 196 MPs Flats at South Avenue" in New Delhi. This significant project, identified by Tender ID 159591 and NIT/RFP No. 90/2026-27/PaWD-III/Delhi, primarily encompasses maintenance and civil works, including miscellaneous precautionary measures, with an estimated cost of ₹ 22,11,267. The stipulated time for completion of this work is 6 months.
