Work Description - Operation And Maintenance Of Sub-station Equipment, Pump Sets, Street Lights, Ei And Fans Lifts For Mospi At Khurshid Lal Bhawan, Janpath Road, New Delhi Dg. 2025-26. The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the operation and maintenance of Sub-station equipment, pump sets, Street lights, EI and fans lifts for MOSPI at Khurshid Lal Bhawan, Janpath Road, New Delhi for the year 2025-26, NIT/RFP NO 45/EE(E)/DED-203/2025-26. This composite work contract encompasses the operation and maintenance of DG Sets, Internal Electrical Installations, Water Supply pump sets, addressable fire alarm system, Fire Fighting system and lifts. The estimated cost of the project is ₹43,44,036, with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹86,811, payable in favor of Executive Engineer(E), ECD-II, CPWD, Sena Bhawan, New Delhi through DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG. The time allowed for completion of the work is 12 months. Mandatory documents for submission include a scan copy of EMD, copy of receipt of deposit EMD, copy of enlistment order of the contractor of the Building and Roads category in CPWD, a valid electrical license or an undertaking as per Annexure-II of NIT, copy of Certificate of Registration in GST and acknowledgment of upto date filed return of GST i.e March 2025 and an ERP (Enterprises Resources Planning) training certificate issued by CPWD for e-tendering process and the eligibility documents as per NIT page no. 8.
