Work Description - Upgradation Of Type-ii, Type-iii, Type-iv, Mrh & Trh And Nmrh Block-i & Ii Quarters At Minto Road Housing Complex, New Delhi Dg 2026-27. Sh- Repair And Renovation Of Rooms, Bathroom, Toilets, Kitchen, Cupboards, Almirah, Doors, Windows, Damaged Sewer Line And Other Misc Civil Work At Minto Road Complex.

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its L Division, invites competitive Open Tender bids from eligible and experienced contractors for a significant civil works project. This tender, identified by NIT No. 13/EE/LD/2026-27 (Tender ID: 158657), encompasses the comprehensive Upgradation of Type-II, Type-III, Type-IV, MRH & TRH and NMRH block-I & II quarters at the Minto Road Housing Complex, New Delhi, for the year 2026-27.
