Work Description - A/r And M/o Honorable Ministers And Mos Bungalows Under 4/b Sub-division Under The Jurisction Of B-division During 2026-27. (sh: Attending Day To Day Complaints I/c Cleaning Of Sewer Line, Tanks And Misc. Repair Works Etc.)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) is inviting open tenders for the Annual Repair and Maintenance of Honorable Ministers and Ministers of State Bungalows under 4/B Sub-Division within the jurisdiction of B-Division for the fiscal year 2026-27. This project encompasses attending to day-to-day complaints, including cleaning of sewer lines and tanks, and miscellaneous repair works. The estimated cost of the work is ₹ 70,73,243, and the project duration is 6 months. A mandatory Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,41,465 is required, payable online or via bank guarantee in favor of EE-B-Division.
