Work Description - Aesthetic Improvement & Major Repair Works On Roof In Various Type Of Gpra Flats At Sector-13 & Sector-1, R.k. Puram, New Delhi During 2026-27 (sh: Curing Of Leekage/seepage In Roofs Of 11 Blocks For Sector-13 & 60 Nos. T-i, 60 Nos. T-ii & 50 Nos. T-iii Qts At Sector-1).

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its EE-S-Div, hereby invites Open Percentage Bids under Tender Reference Number 23/CE/NDZ-3/2026-27 for the significant undertaking of 'Aesthetic Improvement & major repair works on roof in various type of GPRA flats at Sector-13 & Sector-1, R.K. Puram, New Delhi during 2026-27'. This critical civil works project, estimated at INR 3,09,12,905, specifically addresses the comprehensive curing of leakage and seepage in the roofs of 11 blocks within Sector-13, alongside 60 Nos. T-I, 60 Nos. T-II, and 50 Nos. T-III quarters at Sector-1, with a stipulated completion period of 3 months.
