Work Description - Waterproofing Work In Lbs Building Iari Pusa New Delhi

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for waterproofing work in the LBS Building at IARI Pusa, New Delhi. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 69,48,204, with an earnest money deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,38,964 payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG in favour of the Executive Engineer -CD-4 CPWD IARI Pusa. Interested bidders must download the tender documents starting May 7, 2026, at 05:08 PM. The deadline for document download and bid submission is May 14, 2026, at 03:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for May 14, 2026, at 03:30 PM. The time allowed for completion of the work is 4 months.
