Tender Description

Work Description - Provision Of Two New Lifts, New Ladies & Gents Toilets On Each Floors Of B & C Wing In Nirvachan Sadan Building New Delhi (sh: Ciivl & Electrical Works)

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through the Executive Engineer (EE-C-DIV), is pleased to invite open percentage bids from eligible contractors for the comprehensive project titled "Provision of two new lifts, new ladies & gents toilets on each floors of B & C wing in Nirvachan Sadan Building New Delhi (SH: Civil & Electrical Works)". This critical infrastructure upgrade, involving both civil and electrical works, is estimated to cost ₹ 4,76,32,914 (Rupees Four Crore Seventy Six Lakh Thirty Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Fourteen Only) and has an allotted completion period of 6 months. Tender Reference Number 26/CE/NDZ-2/2026-27 (Tender ID: 159403) was e-published on 24th June 2026 at 03:28 PM, marking the commencement of document downloads and bid submissions.
