Work Description - Request For Proposal (rfp) Document 
 For Digital Evaluation Of Answer Books
The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for a Request for Proposal (RFP) document concerning the digital evaluation of answer books. This is an empanelement form of contract. The estimated tender value is ₹28,00,00,000. Interested bidders should download the tender documents starting from May 2nd, 2025, at 12:00 PM and submit their bids between May 9th, 2025, at 09:00 AM and May 30th, 2025, at 03:00 PM. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 8th, 2025, at 11:00 AM at CBSE Dwarka Delhi. Bids will be opened on June 2nd, 2025, at 10:00 AM at CBSE Dwarka Delhi. An Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹84,00,000 is required, payable to Secretary CBSE at Delhi, with exemptions allowed. The tender reference number is CBSE/HQ/Admn-II/DES/2025. The successful bidder will be required to complete the work within a period of 365 days. Tender fee is exempted.
