The All India Police Sports Control Board (AIPSCB), a Central Government entity, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the preparation of a detailed project report (DPR) for a significant nationwide sports development initiative. The project entails the establishment of a comprehensive training and promotion infrastructure for the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), comprising one Centre of Excellence (CoE), five Regional Centers (RC), and fourteen Satellite Centers (SC) across India. The selected consultant will be responsible for outlining the DPR, encompassing aspects such as HR management, recruitment and management policies, legacy planning, and comprehensive technical and administrative frameworks for the centers' efficient functioning. This open tender, with a bid submission window from August 8th, 2024, to September 16th, 2024, offers a 60-day bid validity period.
