The Municipal Corporation, a State Government and UT organization, through its Executive Engineer SWM MC Chd, located at Room No. 612, 6th floor, MC Building, Sector-17, Chandigarh, invites an Open Tender (Tender Reference Number: MCC/EE/SWM/2026/RFP/3) for eligible private partners/technology providers. This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the selection of a partner to develop and operate the Chandigarh Integrated Cow Dung Bio Refinery Project on a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model, involving a significant work period of approximately 5475 days (15 years) in Chandigarh.
