E-IN-C BRANCH - MILITARY ENGINEER SERVICES, acting through GE (AF) Chandigarh, invites open tenders for periodical services to buildings and certain repair to parapet wall, chajja/facia, plaster works, etc., at Sector 28 and 47 under GE (AF) Chandigarh. The estimated tender value is ₹30,00,000, and the period of work is 183 days. This is an item-rate contract. The tender documents can be downloaded from 16-Dec-2025 06:00 PM to 06-Jan-2026 06:00 PM. A tender fee of ₹500 is payable offline via Demand Draft/Banker's Cheque in favor of GE AF Chandigarh. Un-enlisted firms must provide scanned copies of all documents meeting enlistment criteria of D class in MES, DD of Rs 60,000/- in form of EMD, Police verification or copy of valid passport, List of work in hand as per NIT Note No.1 in case of E Class Contractors, BOQ and Tender Documents.
