The Haryana Government, through the Director General of the Industries Commerce Department, is seeking a qualified and experienced consulting agency to establish and operate a Program Management Unit (PMU). This PMU will be instrumental in assisting the state government with grounding investments for Global Capability Centres (GCCs) within Haryana.
