The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO), through the Chief Construction Engineer (R&D) Estates North, Chandigarh, invites eligible firms to participate in an Open Tender for "MAINTENANCE SERVICES TO ARBORICULTURE ASSETS AT TECHNICAL AREA OF TBRL, SEC-30 AND DGRE, SEC-37 AND TECHNICAL AREA OF RCMA AT CHD AND RESIDENTIAL AREA (SECTOR-24, 29 , 42) THROUGH ARBORICULTURE SERVICES AND MOSQUITO CONTROL AND GENERAL DISINFESTATION." This contract, identified by Tender Reference Number CCE(EN)/ CHD/ARBO-3/CHD/2026-27/8303, is for a period of 365 days, with an estimated value of ₹53,10,149. A refundable Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹1,06,203, representing 2.0% of the tender value, is mandatory and payable to CCE R N D ESTATES NORTH, CHANDIGARH. There is no tender fee. Only agencies enlisted by DCWnE, New Delhi in Arboriculture Category of ARBO-I OR Estate Management and Maintenance (DRDO-2024) EIM-II, EIM-III and EIM-IV as per Appendix C of the NIT are eligible to apply.
