The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) invites open percentage bids for the work of Routine Maintenance Operation (RMO) of Electrical Installations (EI) and fans, Sub Station, DG Set, Lifts, Water Supply pumps, Fire fighting system, Fire alarm system, VRV VRF AC system, EPBAX System, Audio Video Conference, UPS System, and LAN System at Kendriya Sadan, Sector 9-A, Chandigarh. This also includes the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of the existing Alcatel Lucent EPBAX System. The estimated cost of the project is ₹ 1,16,014 with an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 2,320, payable via DD, FDR, BC or BG in favor of the Executive Engineer (E), CCED, CPWD, Chandigarh.
