The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for comprehensive maintenance, including day-to-day upkeep, annual repairs, special repairs, and the supply of materials for Civil and Electrical works at GPRA Quarters in Sector-7 A, B, and C, Chandigarh, including Staircases, Garages, Pump House, Guest House, O/o EE-Chandigarh-1 & 2, DD(Hort.), Coordination Office, CCESD-I, and Enquiry Office at Sector-7B, Chandigarh, encompassing Horticulture works (SC-601(Civil) & SC-1157 (Elect.)) for the period 2025-26. This project, identified by Tender Reference Number 07/SE(CHD)/2025-26/Recall and Tender ID 134001, is valued at an estimated cost of ₹2,77,78,879. The bid type is Percentage. An EMD of ₹5,55,578 is required, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, or BC, in favor of the Executive Engineer, Chandigarh Central Division-I, CPWD, Chandigarh.
