Work Description - Repair And Renovation Of Main Building Including Toilets And Development Works Etc. Of Ncdc At Ambala Cantt. Including Electrical Works. (sh: Civil And Furniture Works).

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), through its Executive Engineer, Chandigarh-2, CPWD, Sector 7B, Chandigarh, invites sealed Percentage Rate Bids for the comprehensive "Repair and Renovation of Main Building including Toilets and Development Works etc. of NCDC at Ambala Cantt. including Electrical Works (SH: Civil and Furniture works)." This critical maintenance work, identified by NIT/RFP NO: 04/SE-CHD/2026-27, aims to enhance the facilities at NCDC, Ambala Cantt, with an estimated cost of ₹ 58,63,207. The project has a stipulated completion period of 60 days. Interested and eligible bidders are required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of ₹ 1,17,264, payable via DD, FDR, CDR, BC, TC, or BG, in favour of "Project Region Chandigarh - SE-Chandigarh - EE-CHG-II".
