The E-IN-C Branch, Military Engineer Services, invites open tenders for civil works, specifically for CERTAIN REPAIR MAINT TO FLOORING, TILING, HARDSTANDING, BRICK WORK PLASTERING, SANITARY FITTINGS, PLINTH PROTECTION AND OTHER MISC BR ITEMS UNDER ZONE B AT MIL STN GAYA. The Garrison Engineer Gaya is the inviting authority for this tender, referenced as 8073/GE/25-26/E8. This is an Item Rate contract valued at ₹50,00,000 with a work period of 180 days, and the bid validity is 60 days. Interested parties can download the tender documents from 28-Jan-2026 06:55 PM until 05-Feb-2026 06:00 PM. Bids must be submitted between 31-Jan-2026 09:00 AM and 05-Feb-2026 06:00 PM, with the bid opening scheduled for 07-Feb-2026 11:00 AM at GE Gaya. Tenderers must submit scanned copies of their MES enlistment letter, application letter requesting tender issuance, DD/BC for the tender cost, documents meeting MES enlistment criteria (if unenlisted), EPFO and GST registration letters, and the list of works format as detailed in the NIT. The financial bid (ITEM RATE) should be submitted in the prescribed .xls format.
