Work Description - Lstk Works For Re-orientation Of Power Evacuation Network At 33kv Level And Modification Of 33kv Gis Boards For Development Of Grid Isolation And Islanding Scheme With Tps Of Barauni Refinery

IndianOil, a prominent Central Government undertaking, through its Barauni Refinery, extends an invitation for an Open Tender (Reference No. 9020C26C15) for crucial Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK) electrical works. This project entails the comprehensive re-orientation of the 33KV power evacuation network and modification of 33KV Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) Boards, aimed at developing a robust grid isolation and islanding scheme in conjunction with the Thermal Power Station (TPS) of Barauni Refinery. Tender documents will be available for download from July 4, 2026, at 03:30 PM. A mandatory online pre-bid meeting will be conducted on July 9, 2026, at 11:00 AM to address queries. Bidders can commence submitting their proposals from July 14, 2026, at 09:00 AM, with the final submission deadline set for July 18, 2026, at 03:00 PM. The technical bids will be opened on July 20, 2026, at 03:30 PM. A refundable Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of INR 96,000 is required, with provisions for EMD exemption or submission via Bank Guarantee/Surety Bond. There is no tender fee. The entire scope of work is expected to be completed within 240 days at the Barauni Refinery location, and submitted bids will remain valid for 180 days.
