Supply of LED Street Lights, Floodlights, Garden Lights, Recessed Lights, XLPE Cables, and Circuit Breakers

This tender, issued by the Department of Military Affairs under the Ministry of Defence, for the Indian Army, bid number GEM/2026/B/7807016, dated 28-07-2026, seeks the supply of a comprehensive range of lighting and electrical components. The bid will be open from 09-08-2026 at 6:00 PM to 10-08-2026 at 6:00 PM. The procurement encompasses various LED luminaires including LED Luminaire for Road and Street Lights (conforming to IS10322 Part 5 Section 3 V3, under BIS Scheme II), LED Flood Lights of varying wattages (50W, 100W, 120W, 200W) with secondary optics and IP66 rating, and LED Garden Lights, as well as LED Recessed Lights (12W and 18W). Additionally, the tender requires the supply of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy-duty electric cables of specific sizes: 120 Sqmm x 3 Core and 95 Sqmm x 3 Core, suitable for working voltages up to and including 1.1 KV and marked to IS 7098 (Part 1), along with a Copper sheathed round cable of 1.5 sqmm 3 core. A critical component of this tender is the supply of various Miniature Circuit Breakers (MCBs) and Moulded Case Circuit Breakers (MCCBs) with specific pole configurations, current ratings, breaking capacities (KA), and thermal magnetic releases with 100% Ics ratings where applicable. These include MCCBs of 4 pole 200 Amps 36 KA, 4 pole 63 Amps 35 KA, 4 pole 100 Amps 25 KA, 125 Amp 4 Pole 16 KA, 3 pole 160 Amps 25 KA, and 250 Amps 4 pole 25 KA. A 4 Pole MCB with 3 PP TPN 40 Amp is also required. The total quantity for this tender is 446 units.
