Work Description - Construction Of Lecture Theatre Over Existing Medical College Building At 3rd Floor For All India Institute Of Medical Science Patna

The Central Public Works Department (CPWD), a Central Government Ministry/Department, invites open tenders for the construction of a lecture theatre over the existing Medical College Building at the 3rd floor of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Patna. This civil works project, estimated at ₹ 5,64,570, also includes painting of a part of the administrative building's left wing below the lecture theatre, and repair of the old drain and rainwater pipe at AIIMS Patna. Mandatory documents include an Insurance Surety Bond, Demand Draft/Account Payee Bankers Cheque/FDR for the EMD, CPWD Contractor Enlistment Order, EMD Deposition Receipt, GST Registration Certificate (if applicable), and ERP Training Certificate as per OM No. / DG/Enlisted/2023/07 Dated- 12.01.2024. Bidders must also provide their PAN CARD. The tender document can be downloaded until 3:00 PM on January 7th, 2026. The bid opening date is January 7th, 2026, at 3:30 PM.
